The Syrian actress, who's been called the "Cinderella of the Syrian screen," took to social media last week to mourn her father's death. After posting a paper announcing his death, Hanna was barraged with derogatory comments from conservative Muslims.

The grieving actress also shared a video from her father's funeral with her fans, when trolls harassed her for her religion, and insinuated that her father would suffer in hell for not converting to Islam before dying. Unlike other stars who shrug off the comments, Hanna replied to her harassers asking them to "unfollow me" if they didn't like her page.
"I'm not Muslim, but I respect Islam and my religion, but first of all I respect myself." she added.
So much for tolerance and respect.
