The highest penthouse in the Big Apple is about to be sold to Saudi Arabian billionaire Fawaz Al Hokair for a whopping $95 million. It is the second-largest real estate transaction in New York City history, ever.

Whew.

At 2,507 square meters with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a fireplace, heated bathroom floors, and 10-foot high windows, it is a beautiful piece of property. And at a towering height of 425 meters, it is the tallest appartment in New York City. Hokair definitely didn't want to settle for less than the best when purchasing the penthouse.

Do you think he could spare one bedroom – or even just one of those heated bathroom floors – for us?

Hokair founded and currently serves as the chairman of the Saudi Arabian Fawaz Alhokair Group, a $22 billion business. Most recently, Hokair was estimated to be worth $1.37 billion. He regularly appears on Arabian Business' annual listing of the richest Arabs.

If you want to be neighbors with Hokair, you can pick up one of two other penthouses still on the market. Both are a steal, listed at $81 million and $76.5 million. Downright cheap!

Excuse us as we check with our financial planners to see if we can foot the bill. We might have to borrow some dollars from our parents to cover this one.
