On 26 November 2014 the Arab world lost a legend whose voice has won the hearts of fans for decades. Sabah, the famous Lebanese singer, passed away at the age of 87. Born Jeanette Gergis al-Feghali, Sabah kicked off her career on the Egyptian movie scene in the 1950s. During her action packed life, Sabah starred in 98 films, released over 50 albums and appeared in several theater productions. She will be remembered not only for her songs, but also for her signature style and charisma.
