As we eagerly await the release of the new James Bond film "Spectre" coming in November. . .

Here's some good news for those of us with a few million dollars to throw away.

A Marrakech mansion, where scenes from "Spectre" were shot, is on sale for only $4.86 million.

Are you pulling out your checkbook?

The metal and glass modernist villa is called Dar Bianca and was built just nine years ago.

Algerian architect Imad Rhamouni designed the deluxe mansion for its current French owners.

Another Marrakech villa from "Mission Impossible 5" is also on sale for $5 million.

It's not Bond and the price is a bit more, but hey, if you're already pulling out the checkbook. . .

But these villas are drops in the bucket compared to Morocco's highest sale of $111 million last year

That was a palace reportedly purchased by the emir of Qatar.
