Two Lebanese MMA fighters have made it into the semifinals of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation World Championship in Las Vegas after sealing convincing wins.
Both Joeshwa Mortada and Imad Hoayek have now made it into the semifinals with victories against Poland's Kacper Formela and New Zealand's Dante Jackson.
Mortada cruised through the first two rounds, defeating the much more experienced Formela in the second round.
Meanwhile Hoayek had defeated Germany's Daniel Mullet Keith in the first round before coming out victorious against Formela and will now face Brendan Allen from the U.S. in the semifinals.
