Lebanon's 16-year-old entrepreneur Nicolas El Mir  has proven once again that entrepreneurship has no age. But, he is now ready to take it one step further.

Having started at a really young age, Mir always had a passion for starting businesses. He started his first at the age of eight when he and his brother used to take orders from their neighbors and would go out and buy groceries for them.

Eight years later, after realizing his passion for coding, programming and computers in general, and after joining Microsoft Lebanon at the age of 12, Mir is now ready to take off to Silicon Valley. But, he needs your help.

Mir got accepted to Draper University, Silicon Valley's top entrepreneurship program.

"One day I decided it's time for me to go and see Silicon Valley. I began researching online for top-notch entrepreneurial schools and came across Draper University. I applied and got accepted," Mir told Stepfeed.

Mir then decided to do the one thing all good entrepreneurs have done before, launch a crowdfunding campaign to help him get to Silicon Valley.

Silicon Valley is a dream for most entrepreneurs. Mir felt the urge to visit and explore the valley at a very young age, fortunately enough.

"The valley is where the most successful entrepreneurs failed only to build back up again to succeed. Joining Draper will give me access to the mindset of some of the greatest entrepreneurs as well as learn to risk everything," he added.

Mir co-organized a developer conference and is now founding a new startup called Podlle that successfully raised funds from MEVP.
