Modest-wear is all the rage in the fashion industry as of late, with market giants rushing to cater to Muslim women who prefer to cover up.
High-end fashion label, Dolce & Gabbana, is no stranger to the modest-wear hype, having >launched its first collection of abayas and hijabs in early 2016.
Now, the Italian brand is back with a new collection geared towards female Muslim shoppers - and it's just as colorful, modest, and elegant as the first.
Titled 'The New Renaissance', D&G's Autumn/Winter 2017 line features floral motifs and colorful prints. It includes kaftans, hijabs, abayas, as well as full-length coats.
According to Harper's Bazaar, the collection was inspired by millennials and "the exploratory spirit of this generation."

Fashion giants are taking note of Muslim women's needs
Hijab-wearing women and those who opt for modest attire are part and parcel of the fashion industry, with Muslim shoppers predicted to spend $484 billion on clothing and footwear by 2019, according to Fortune.
From DKNY and Tommy Hilfiger to Nike and Mango, fashion giants are gradually taking that into account and creating products specifically targeting customers seeking modest attire.
