Client sends me a microscopic 100p x 100p image of the postcard they would like printed.
Me: Can you please send an editable file of the image so I can resize it for printing? How did you create it?
Client: I made it on my computer.
Me: Great. What software did you use to make it? Photoshop?
Client: Windows 8.
