5 facts about Adel Imam's upcoming TV series: 'Ma'moun Wa Shouraka'h'

Adel Imam was one of the first actors to sign a contract for a 2016 Ramadan series. However, no details were initially revealed about the show.

However, in the last few months, details have emerged about the screen writer of the series, the director, the producer and a number of actors taking part in “Ma’moun Wa Shouraka'h”.

Here is what we know so far about Adel Imam’s upcoming series:

The trio Youssef Maaty, Adel Emam and his son Rami Emam will collaborate together for the fourth time after presenting the series of “Firkat Naji Atallah”, “Al Arraf” and “Saheb Al Saada”.

Famous actor Boulboula will be participating with Adel Imam as a main character in the series. They have worked together several times. The last was the series “Saheb Al Saada” in 2013.

The idea of the series, in a comedic framework, revolves around a man who discovers that his greed is the reason behind the suffering of his family all his life. Thus, he aims to change himself.

The series is produced by Tamer Morsi who previously produced several series for Adel Imam including “Firkat Naji Atallah”, “Al Arraf” and “Saheb Al Saada”.

Besides Boulboula, Adel Imam and director Rami Emam chose the Reem Mostafa to play the character of the daughter in the series, and Sherine, who is collaborating with the team again after her role in the “Al Arraf” series.
