On Tuesday, Apple's Tim Cook unveiled the iPhone 8 and and iPhone 8 plus during an event that took place at the newly inaugurated Steve Jobs Theater in California.
But, that wasn't even the highlight of the night. It was the unveiling of a $999 iPhone X, which is considered to be the latest generation of the company's flagship device.
The iPhone X is an all-glass device (as are the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 plus) which uses facial recognition software to unlock the device as well as allows users to charge their phone via a wireless feature.
Of course, following the event, many Arabs took to Twitter to express their thoughts. Naturally, humor dominated the conversation.
