The Murex D'Or, an annual Lebanese award ceremony that recognizes achievements in the domains of acting, singing and entertainment in Lebanon and the Arab world, came back in full swing this year for its 17th edition.
The notably lengthy award show left behind some memorable moments, some of which will leave you in absolute tears of laughter. Others, not so much.
The award show, which took place on Friday in Casino Du Liban saw a number of Arab celebrities come together. Some won awards, others stole the spotlight for completely different reasons.

Started in 2000, the Murex D'Or was created by Lebanese physicians - Zahi Helou and Fadi Helou.
It has since grown to become a pan-Arab event.
