Lebanese romantic drama series Ameer El Leil has been the talk of the town for its melodramatic plot, factual errors and leeeeeeeeeength.

After 75 episodes, the show has finally come to an end.

Looking back, here are 8 of the most memorable moments:

1. Intense bouts of pain under 10 kgs of makeup

Nadia is having intense bouts of pain and her sister Farah is just standing there asking Nadia if she's "fainting" and if there's something she can do to help.

Question 1: If someone is fainting, can they talk?

Apparently so. After Nadia tells Farah to call Fareeda for help, she does so with a whisper.

Question 2: Can Fareeda hear a whisper in a house that massive?

Again, apparently so. But, instead of doing something, Farah sits there crying -except you can't see one tear drop, which leads us to...

Question 3: Is there such a thing as tear-less crying? If yes, can you tell us about it?

2. Dangerous weapons in the form of ashtrays

In an effort to frame her lover, Toto hits herself with an ashtray. Who knew an ashtray could cause so much collateral damage?

3. 2016 Dior sunglasses in a show that takes place in the late 30s, early 40s

Time travel is possible! Thanks to Ameer El Leil.

4. The slapping scene that was inspired by Vanessa Carlton, Friends and Bruno Mars

5. Handwritten written letters were also subjected to domestic abuse

6. Three guns, zero shots, one ridiculously fake punch in the face

Two generals are pointing their guns at one guy. Suddenly the man steals one of the generals' guns and punches him in the face. You would think the remaining general would shoot or do something to the man.

But, no. He just throws his hands in the air and surrenders.  Plot hole, much?

7. Ramy Ayash's "bravest sex scene" = kiss on the chin

In a video on YouTube, this "sex scene" is described as one of Ramy Ayash's "most courageous" scenes.

8. Ramy Ayash's acting skills will forever be remembered

This basically sums up the show:

After 75 episodes, Ameer El Leil ends like this:

-Dalida Khalil becomes constipated, emits strange noises in the background and suddenly gives birth

-Al Amir mocks her after she asks him to quit the political scene, telling her that he won't leave politics until Lebanon becomes an independent state (he knows that it's not going to happen)

-And I'm sitting there like:
