If you've ever used Arabic on Twitter or Facebook, you've probably realized that the automated translation button isn't all that helpful...

Sometimes, it doesn't make sense at all. It leaves foreign friends wondering what the hell we're saying, or if we're just planning some covert operation in code.

But, other times ... it brings forth the most hilarious tweets.

1. All he wanted was 3aroos Labne...

Actual translation: "I want a labne sandwich and a groom."

2. Really, why would anyone?

Actual translation: "When he's not a feminist."

3. C'mon, you were almost there!

Actual translation: "AUB gave me the ability to drink 10 cups of coffee a day and stay tired."

4. I have no words

Actual translation: "The situation is dire, Leila."

5. "Cream family"

Actual translation: "Every year and you and your generous family are in good health, my darling."

6. This turned seriously dark...

Actual translation: "Good, how are you, your family and aunt, I've missed you."

Moral of the story? Don't ever rely on auto-translate. Because, lost in translation doesn't even cut it.
