The Algerian hunk we all got to know because of his 18-month relationship with Kourtney Kardashian has surely been under the spotlight before.
Here are five little known facts about Younes Bendjima:
1. He's been practicing boxing since the age of 11
His uncle was, and still is, his boxing coach ever since he was 11-years-old.
The Algerian model says boxing taught him a lot about respect, hard-work, and commitment, like showing up to practice on time and following a strict diet.
Bendjima still regularly posts photos and videos of him boxing on Instagram.
2. He made his modeling debut walking for Givenchy in 2013
3. He was born in Algeria, but grew up between Paris and New York
After his parents' separation in Algeria, his father moved to New York whereas his mother relocated to Paris.
The 26-year-old lived with his father in New York, helping him run his restaurant, while dedicating his summer vacation to visit his mother in France.
Bendjima has been blessed, in a way, to have been international at a young age, for he's trilingual - fluent in English, Arabic, and French - courtesy of his upbringing.
4. He's a practicing Muslim who celebrates Ramadan
This year's Ramadan saw the young model educating his Instagram followers on what Ramadan is and the traditions that come with fasting.
Last year, he posted a photo of himself with the caption, "no mo plans, I'm off the gram, It's Ramadan."
5. He met Kourtney Kardashian right before Kim's infamous hotel robbery in Paris
The two began dating back in October 2016 after meeting up during Paris Fashion Week.
In an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kourtney revealed how the first night she spent with Bendjima was short-lived due to the phone call she got, informing her of Kim's robbery at gunpoint.
The trilingual boxer/model helped with the translation between the Kardashians and the French police.
