Long luscious locks are an Arab staple that women in the region have always aspired to master.

While that may be a challenge in and of itself, body hair is a whole different ballgame.

From thick eyebrows to furry 'staches, Arab women know the struggle is all too real.

This is why we're confused AF when it comes to all the extra hair trends sweeping the Internet lately.

Here are a few of them:

1. Squiggle brows

"Snake eyebrow style... If this is the product of our region, I don't want to have anything to do with it."

We don’t know who really started this trend, but we're definitely not feeling it.

2. Feathered brows

"What's this joke? Visual pollution!!!!"

We're more than thrilled that thick eyebrows are back since most of us here are blessed with them naturally, but this? Thanks, but no thanks.

3. Unibrow

"What are girls doing? Seems like makeup companies have too much brown mascara."

A lot of us are born with a unibrow. And truth be told, a great percentage of us have had to fight our mothers for access to a pair of tweezers.

If you ain't got 'em naturally, don't let make-up companies fool you into drawing 'em. Painting a bridge between your eyes is simply off.

4. Nasal hair

"Nasal hair is 2018's trend!!! If someone tells this girl to tie her hair, would she say 'the hair on my head or nose?'"

Nasal hair has a purpose: It acts as a defense against harmful environment pathogens and provides additional humidity to inhaled air.

Fake nasal hair serves no purpose, except profiting the already lucrative cosmetics industry.

Come on, people!

5. Armpit hair

"What's with armpit hair?"

White girls ain't got a thing on us Arabs. We just have one question though: are they trying to cut down on their monthly expenses on wax and laser?
