The sky was all the rage last night as we craned our necks to see the moon in all its glory. 

The supermoon is a phenomenon that happens when a full or new moon is the closest to the earth on its elliptical orbit. It actually happens quite frequently, but last night's (Nov. 14) was special because it was the largest since 1948.
