Princess Haya bint Al Hussein’s Instagram’s account has been making headlines recently because of her aid trip to Haiti. The wife of Dubai’s ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, and sister of Jordan’s King Abdullah bin Hussein, has already attracted more than 40,000 followers.
She launched the account less than two months ago.
Princess Haya is not the first Arab royal to join Instagram. Many have been putting their glamorous lives and humanitarian endeavors on full display, and for a lot of us, it’s a bit of a guilty pleasure.

Jordan’s crown prince has draw a lot of love on Instagram, following in his mother’s footsteps with 872,000 followers. Displaying everything from his academic achievements to his military training and his casual family snaps, he’s turning out to be a bit of a heart-throb among the younger ladies.
7. Dubai’s Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid
Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed is another son of the Dubai ruler. He has some 315,000 followers, after having launched his account less than two months ago. From outdoor adventures to casual family snaps and his involvement with the UAE’s military, there’s a lot in store in this account.
8. Sharjah’s Sheikh Sultan Sooud Al Qassemi
Sultan shot into the international spotlight back in 2011 with his personal Twitter coverage of the so-called Arab Spring, particularly the events unfolding in Cairo.
