In a day and age where plastic surgery has become sort of a trend, it's rather uncommon to find a celebrity who hasn't undergone some type of self-enhancing procedure. 

This includes Arab stars, many of whom have gone under the knife. 

However, there exists a rare group of celebs who have yet to make major changes to their physical appearance (other than your typical botox or mini facelift of course). 

Here are a few of them: 

1. Shereen Reda

The legendary Egyptian comedian is known for being a natural when it comes to his performances. 

And things are no different when it comes to his physical appearance. 

4. Amal Maher

The incredibly talented Egyptian singer launched her career at the young age of 13. 

She amazed audiences across the Arab world when she sang several Om Kolthoum songs for a biopic on the late Egyptian legend's life, which aired in 1999. 

In recent years, Maher relaunched a solo career and has released 3 successful albums.  

The star is known for her minimalistic style and natural good looks. 

5. Raya Abirached

Abirached is one of the most popular TV hosts in the Arab world. 

She's mainly known for hosting MBC's celebrity news show Scoop with Raya.

In recent years the Lebanese TV presenter became the host of MBC's Arab's Got Talent

6. Abla Kamel

Kamel is an acting icon in Egypt and the Arab world.

7. Hend Sabry

8. Samia Al Jazayeri

Al Jazayeri's career began in 1963 when she was featured in a TV series called Abu Al Banat (The Father of Girls). 

Throughout her career, she has performed in hundreds of TV shows and films. 

She is also one of the few Arab celebrities known to have never undergone plastic surgery. 

9. Nelly Karim

Karim is a successful Egyptian actress and mother of 4, who has always been known for her natural beauty. 

Born to an Egyptian father and Russian mother, Karim started out as a ballerina before she got into acting. 

Early on in her career, late Egyptian filmmaker Youssef Chahine advised Karim to get a nose job in order to "look better" on camera and she jokingly responded, telling him: "I'll get a nose job when you get one."

In the past few years, the talented actress has delivered one hit series after the other, particularly for the Ramadan season.  

Her films have also topped box office charts in the past two years. 

10. Fifi Abdo

The Egyptian belly dancer and actress was recently asked if she'd ever had plastic surgery during a live Facebook stream. 

Her answer? 

"I've never done plastic surgery. You know what I did? Business with God, that's the secret behind my beauty."
