It's been a bad week for mixing driving and video . A young Saudi man reportedly died while taking a video of his car going 200 kilometers per hour.

From the footage, it appears that the man lost control of the car while filming himself. As the car flips, the man screams and calls on God. It's not clear when the video was taken, nor has the driver been identified.

The video was posted on YouTube on May 4, and the website Akhbaar24 said the crash happened on a road between Abha and Khamis Mushait, in Saudi Arabia's southern Asir Province. The website identified the voices at the end of the video as belonging to Red Crescent emergency workers.

When the video was uploaded, it caused many mixed reactions as some felt that the man was reckless, while others viewed the death as suicide, thanks to his carelessness.

Some people blamed social media for the death, saying that younger generations are consumed with videotaping themselves, leading them to increasingly reckless behavior.

Young people driving recklessly isn't a new fact (perhaps as old as the car itself), but uploading evidence of their stupidity onto social media might be.
