James Kingston, a British thrill-seeker, has just climbed the world's tallest residential building – Marina 101 in Dubai. Kingston managed to climb the 101 story 425-meter high skyscraper, reaching the top of the crane on the building at 450 metres, according to Gulf News .
This is not Kingston's first time doing such an extreme feat. He has previously climbed the 413-meter Princess Tower in Dubai, the Eiffel Tower in Paris, the Wembley Arch in London and the Dnipro Towers in Kiev among others. Skyscrapers and tall structures have long been a magnet for Kingston, who posts his death-defying adventures on YouTube through a POV camera.
According to Kingston, the climb in Dubai was particularly difficult because of how tall and greasy the crane was and because of his anxiety about being caught. However, he said that the construction workers were extremely friendly, even wishing him good luck on his climb and taking pictures of him.
