Emirati Jalal Bin Thaneya is on a mission to walk across 7 emirates in just 7 days. All this is to raise awareness for people with special needs.
He aims to set a Guinness World Record.
The journey will potentially start on December 19, and would be his first attempt in ten years to walk across the seven emirates. He didn't aim for a world record at the time.
Under the world record rules, Bin Thaneya has the ability to choose his own route and move at his own pace, according to Gulf News.
He will start at the Al Ghuwaifat border post and end at Fujairah's coastline.
Bin Thaneya is documenting his journey, training and otherwise, on his Twitter account.
He wakes up at 5 am ... six days at week for training
No matter the weather
Winning without a team is not possible, he knows that
Time is his only limitation
But nothing will stop him
Nothing
This wouldn't be the first time the 30-year-old makes history.
In 2013, he cycled across the six Gulf states.
