Initially created by Dutch architecture practice Open Platform for Architecture to become a viral sensation online, the incredible design is now going to become a reality.

The concept was originally released in July of last year and quickly went viral, far exceeding the expectations of the architects behind the project. With its viral success, they decided to push forward with trying to make the design a reality and the right offer ended up coming.

The architects received tons of emails "from developers, trust funds, potential clients and some scams that were all interested in realizing the project," Ando Vassiliou told Arch Daily . "One email read more serious and ambitious," and by October, the project was slated for the site in Lebanon.

The house will be built at an altitude of 1,600 meters – yikes! imagine that view – just 150 meters below the peak.

The final design of the house has grown from 180 square meters to 270 square meters since the original design. With an estimated budget for the project of about $2.5 million, the house will accommodate six people and will include an underground parking garage for three vehicles.

Besides the truly breathtaking view and unique construction, the roof of this house doubles as an infinity pool and a skylight.

How freaking awesome is this?!?

Naming the house "Casa Burtale," OPA defines the project as follows:

Casa Brutale is a geometrical translation of the landscape. It is an unclad statement on the simplicity and harmony of contemporary architecture. It is a chameleonic living space, created to serve its owner and respect the environment... It is a complete study of aesthetics, structure, function and engineering, which thoroughly detailed, awaits solely its realization.

So... Any chance the owner wants to let us spend a few nights watching Bond films inside once it's complete?

We'll settle for a tour, seriously.
