Meet sushi shawarma. 

What is sushi shawarma? And why does such a thing exist? 

Shawarma Maestro - a restaurant located in Beirut's Hamra - decided to create yet another food craze by combining sushi rice, nori, avocado with chicken or meat shawarma. 

But, since when is shawarma and rice a good combination? And isn't shawarma in a sandwich already good enough? 

Luckily, thanks to social media, it seems we're not the only ones in a mental state of confusion.
