U.S. President Donald Trump held a joint press conference on Thursday with Kuwaiti Emir Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah during a White House visit.
Trump addressed various topics during the conference including escalating tensions with North Korea, the so-called Islamic State, and escalating confrontations in the Middle East, including the Saudi-led block against Qatar.
Soon after, Trump reminded the world of his trip to Saudi Arabia earlier this year, where he gave a speech on Islam and discussed the fight against terrorism.
"During my trip to Saudi Arabia, I spoke to the leaders of more than 50 Arab & Muslim nations about the need to confront our shared enemies.. [sic]," the American president tweeted.
And his tweet kind of broke the internet ... with humor.
