Shopping is about to get a whole lot easier for hijabis in the United States, as retailing giant Macy's is set to launch a modest fashion collection.

According to the Huffington Post, the department store chain has partnered up with Islamic fashion brand, Verona Collection, to create a hijab-friendly line.

Macy's will thus make history as the first major U.S. retailer to offer such a collection, ABC reported.

The announcement coincided with World Hijab Day, which was celebrated on February 1st.

Set to launch on the Macy's website on February 15, the fashion line will feature a selection of versatile pieces, including dresses, tops, cardigans, pants, and hijabs in a variety of colors and fabrics, according to a press release.

Their prices will range from $13 to $85.

Senior vice president of Macy's Fashion, Cassandra Jones, said the founder of Verona Collection, Lisa Vogl, "shared her vision to create a collection that speaks to a community of women looking for a solution to their fashion needs."

"Verona Collection offers a unique and understated elegance through everyday essentials designed for versatility and comfort, and through our partnership, we can better serve our customer looking for modest fashion," Jones added.

According to the Huffington Post, Vogl noticed the shortage in modest clothing options after converting to Islam in 2011.

She thus founded Verona Collection, which has been quite successful.

In 2016, she opened one of the first clothing stores for Muslim women in a mainstream American mall in Orlando, Florida.

"Verona Collection is more than a clothing brand. It's a platform for a community of women to express their personal identity and embrace fashion that makes them feel confident on the inside and outside," Vogl said in the press release.
