One of Lebanon's most iconic and legendary music figures, Wadih El Safi, would have turned 95 today and Google is reminding us all about his incredible legacy. 

Safi became known as the "Voice of Lebanon" at the age of 17, after winning a national radio competition. He grew to become one of the most respected singers, songwriters, composers and actors in his day, with a career spanning 75 years. 

Throughout his lifetime, Safi released more than 5,000 songs. 

He toured the world, singing in Arabic, French, Portuguese and Italian
