Word to the wise: don't watch on a full stomach. Seriously.
This week, two high-wire artists walked across Victoria Falls between Zimbabwe and Zambia, a 100-meter walk over what is literally the largest waterfall in the world. No big deal.
Although Lukas Irmler, 26, and Reinhard Kleindl, 34, made it to safety, they spoke about the travails of their attempt to Sky News .
"Here you have a lot of spray, a lot of water in the air, floating beside you, splashing your face and it's intimidating on the one side, but also distracting," said Irmler.
Journalist Kleindl added : "Optically it's very difficult because the spray comes from the sides and it's like waves, they try to drag you, so it's really difficult for the optics and obviously everything is very heavy because it's soaked with water."
So let's get this straight. The duo walked over 100 meters across the world's largest waterfall on a rope that is soaked with water, used minimal safety cords and had your vision obscured by said waterfall? Whew.
Suffice to say, Irmler and Kleindl are adventurous. The pair trained for this walk for two years.
