"We could not be more excited to take our platform to the MENA region and accelerate our mission of advancing innovation in critical industries," the company said on its Facebook page .

The new campus will be home to startups, hosting events that bring the startup ecosystem together and creating a place entrepreneurs can be mentored. Startups and incubators located within the United Arab Emirates will be offered various programs that will help them in carving their path for the future.

Startups across the MENA region, outside the UAE, can also take part in 1776's global virtual membership, which will allow them to scale globally by offering them the right platform as well as guidance.

“1776 is building a global network of startups, investors and institutions committed to reshaping the way we function, and we could not find a better partner in the MENA region than the UAE and the Dubai Foundation of The Future,” Co-founder of 1776 Evan Burfield, said in a statement .

The new campus will be located at the Boulevard at Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
