Dancing With the Stars ... and All That Jazz

The third season of Dancing With The Stars promises an all-star cast and already boasts an epic promo video.

If you haven’t seen the latest promo for MTV Lebanon's third season of the popular Dancing With the Stars, you should. If a promo is meant to get you excited about a series, this roaring 1920s-style ad (think Gatzby and Chicago ) certainly gets our feet tapping. With an all-star cast for the new season of the show, we know we’ll be spending the evening of March 1 glued to our television screens.

Let’s take a closer look at some of our favorite “stars” who we hope will dazzle us all with their dance skills during season 3.

1. Leila Ben Khalifa

An international top model, this television and film actress hails from Tunisia. She is also the season 8 winner of the French reality TV show, Secret Story. She claims that dance was her first passion; will she have a leg up on the other stars?

2. Mohamed Attia

As the first ever winner of the Arabic Star Academy reality series, this isn’t Mohamed’s first foray into the world of reality television. Since winning Star Academy, Mohamed has gone on to become a successful Egyptian pop star and actor.

3. Ibrahim Said

A star footballer in Egypt for Al Zamalek, Ibrahim is no stranger to the limelight, helping his team win the African Cup in 2006 and 2008. If he is as talented on the dance floor as he is on the field, his performance should make for quite a show.

4. Carmen Lebbos

Carmen has been acting in films and television series since 1981 and starred in notable films such as West Beirut and Zozo . Reportedly, however, the Lebanese actress’ first love was dance, and we are certainly excited to see her follow an old dream.

The new season starts on March 1, so pick up some popcorn ahead of time. In the meantime, you can find more details about the upcoming season and all the other stars on MTV’s website .
