Deciding to lose weight is easy. Doing it is hard.

We all have those moments when we decide that it's time to lose weight and get in shape. You take a stand and insist that you're going to be able to do that and like the delusional person that you are, you proceed to get an unbelievably expensive gym membership and vow to eat healthy for about a day or two until you realize that your fat has developed an emotional attachment to you and won't let go of you.

1. Your horrible decision to lose weight often comes during your pig-out session where y ou decide that you need to put a stop to this madness

2. You announce it to everyone and then regret it because now you have to listen to them give you advice about it

4. A few days into your tortureous 'weight loss' attempt, people around you start asking you how your diet is going

Please stop!

5. You reach to a point where you've become so frustrated at how slow your weight-loss is going ... so you resort to other methods of losing weight

6. Then you realize that you have zero willpower to continue your "healthy lifestyle/ diet" and you come to a conclusion that you need a miracle to help you lose weight

7. Or resort to extreme measures ...
