We're pretty sure that when people say they "hate you with the fire of a thousand suns," what they really mean is, "I want to send you to Saudi in August."
Not only do temperatures reach levels not fit for human life, it's also boring as hell. It's almost like that scorching sun smokes all that fun stuff out of existence – yes, there is some cool things to do in Saudi, believe it or not, especially in the last decade.
Here's why you simply can't wait for your Saudi summer to end:
1. Shopping malls are the loneliest places
The shopping mall becomes the loneliest place in the world because everyone has left for a vacation or really can't be bothered to make a trip through the scorching heat. Malls are usually a great social space, especially for women who have much more limited options than men, activities-wise in Saudi.
2. And you get tired of all the old faces
How can so much heat make people so cold?
3. And, now what?
At least during school days, you had something to do... I cannot believe I just said that
4. But hey, we can let the world know how much fun it's going to be when global warming REALLY heats the planet up.
Everyday is a 50 degrees celsius kind of day.
5. Otherwise, we can marvel at apocalyptic sandstorms
If you think it starts off bad, watch the video till the end or skip to 5:30 and see what it turns into... but at this point, we welcome anything that will break the monotony of the endless summer.
